Saunojat
Jenni Tuominen's SAUNOJAT pattern for Seriöösi is based on her painting. In it, female figures, birds and flowers dance in midsummer fairy-tale atmospheres. Wrapped around the neck, the beautifully coordinated color areas of the scarf become abstract.
The cotton scarf has a generous size of 137×137 cm, so you can use it in many ways.
The thin 75g/m2 cotton batiste woven in Germany is pleasantly soft against the skin. The pattern is printed with reactive inks in Finland. The sewing work is also a domestic production.
Kulttuurikassi
The first product created as a collaboration between Jenni Tuominen and Seriöösi is called KULTTUURIKASSI®. It was born from the need of people who go to cultural events, such as museums, theater, or concerts. A jacket and a large bag must be left in the locker, but we all want to take some personal items in. Reading glasses, tissue, phone, pad, etc. - We designed a tiny bag for this need. We first discussed it as a 'museum bag,' but it turned into a 'Culture bag' during our brainstorming. The name 'Kultturikassi' started to feel friendly and vital to many, so we decided to use the name. The name is also a little brave statement to emphasize culture.
